The project we did was Zoho was a success. A success in the organising of it. It was pretty difficult at first to ensure that you used it for the meetings and put your research in it but overall i would say the group did as well as they could.
There is definitely great advantages in using these programmes. Individually you are able to get the credit of the work you have done. it is clear to see who has been carrying the project as long as you do your input.
The second advantage would be the fact that your able to prioritise your workload and ensure that you see what is important and what is urgent. Working to time lines is a great way to ensure that the job gets done.
The only disadvantage i can think of is people not buying into the system. If they don't do it they wont get the credit for their work
