We got booked for this gig as part of a charity event from a lady called Kirsty. The recommendation was down by the famous Scottish DJ tom russell also known as the beard of doom. Its always difficult when you don't get a sound check but the traffic was so bad going to the gig that it took 3 times as long to get there.

It wasn't a buggy but we made do with getting the gear up in the time we had. There were three bands and they were all really good but one stood out for me and that was The Toi. They play the kinda music i love rock three piece with massive choruses. I really enjoyed their set and the guys were really cool as well.

We were the last band to go on and even tho the crowd were a little on the quiet side i treated it like it was a stadium. The gig was one of our better ones and feedback from it was great. The sound was good on stage and the whole experience made me very motivated for the next night of the tour which was in Inverness.
