rehersals - using ametronome

Ive been practicing with a metronome. I never thought i was so out of time.... really hard to keep on the beat i would recommend this to everyone, especially drummers. I really want to get so far into it that the tick in embedded. My only fear is that i will notice more people out of time and have to say, bring on those conversations.
