Working on the blues song today. lots more structure to the song. We agreed orders of solos. Sounds simple but the obvious make a big difference.

This is the first time i really feel i have got it!!!!

MY SOLO - when it came to my turn, i kept it simple. Blues scale starting of with the singing the four notes of the root chord. root, 3rd 5th and 7th. this works well, then into the root to 3rd for a bar, then finishing off with a blues scale run.

a clear, structured approach to it, it's lick having chops ready on a guitar, having the licks in the right key, it all falls down to it once again, know your scales!
