Its not all about the rehearsals with the band, there is alot of preparation that will go into the old vocal chords for this show.
There is now 18 days left till the big night, 3 band rehearsals and numerous working on my own time. I have decided to do a program on core strengthening so that my voice will be more powerful sounding. I looking to achieve these results through five things.
Vocal exercise - Targeted vocal exercises to strengthen the bottom and top end of my voice along with extra breathing exercises.
Hydration - My intake of water will come up more, gotta keep these chords sweet.
Core and cardio exercises - Today even tho it pains me ive started my gym routine of 30 mins interval running and core exercises which include.

Sleep - Its important to get the right type of sleep to ensure the body has time to heel. I couldn't sleep last night as i feel i have so much on my mind over the next 3 weeks but im going to try and get into a good pattern.
Nutrition - I took order of protein, Vietnams and herb tablets today which will in turn will get the right minerals into me for the best performance possible, not to mention half a stone if im lucky... A few years back i did some research into the need for this for singers which has helped me tuns.
